Job Title: Senior Data Engineer (Data Quality, Governance & Financial Data) 14+ years of experience

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

Experience in Data Warehousing, Data Profiling, Data Governance, Data Modeling, or Data Quality Assurance for Financial Reporting.
Experience with SQL, Oracle, and other Database Management Systems, including querying and resolving data issues in real time.
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding using Tableau, Business Objects, or Power BI.
Experience automating data tasks such as ingestion, mapping, reporting, testing, validation, and analysis using SAS, Python, R, or Excel VBA.
Experience providing data governance and technical support while collaborating with data vendors, solution providers, internal stakeholders, Data Architecture, and Project Management teams.
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience with Data Cataloging Platforms such as Informatica, Collibra, or Alation for data profiling, data quality, data mapping, and data lineage.
Experience creating documentation to capture requirements and logic and supporting adoption of data catalog, data quality, and data management processes.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or Azure.
Bachelor's Degree.
