Electrician Helper

ABOUT THE ROLE: Candian Construction & Services Inc is looking for a motivated Electrician Helper to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of the electrical trade, work alongside experienced professionals, and build a rewarding career in construction. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems Pull wire, run conduit, and help with rough-in and finish electrical work Transport, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials on the job site Prepare work areas by digging trenches, drilling holes, and setting up ladders or scaffolding Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on active construction sites Support the crew with general labor tasks as directed by the lead electrician REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in construction, electrical work, or a trade helper role is a plus Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and safety procedures preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude Valid driver's license Willingness to learn and grow within the electrical trade ABOUT US: Candian Construction & Services Inc is a trusted name in the Jacksonville, FL construction industry, known for delivering quality workmanship and dependable service to every client we serve.
