Patient Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our Philadelphia office. This role is essential to creating a positive patient experience and supporting smooth front-office operations. The ideal candidate has strong dental administrative experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and understands PPO dental plans. \n Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Verify insurance eligibility and explain PPO dental benefits to patients Collect co-pays and process payments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support daily workflow Handle patient questions regarding treatment plans, insurance, and billing Support general front-office administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous dental front office or patient coordinator experience required Dentrix experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of PPO dental insurance plans Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-centered mindset Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent weekday schedule with early Fridays Supportive team environment Benefits including medical coverage, sick time, 401(k), and PTO after one year Opportunity to grow within a stable and patient-focused practice \n $23 - $26 an hour \n
