Production Associate Needed! Job Description

• Cut, kit, and prepare composite materials according to work orders and production schedules.
• Operate presses, saws, CNC equipment, and other production machinery to manufacture aerospace panels.
• Load and unload materials from equipment while supporting daily production and assembly activities.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete fabrication, trimming, and finishing tasks.
• Complete production paperwork, track materials, and maintain accurate production records.
• Cross-train in different departments and assist with material handling, forklift operation, and other production needs as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all company procedures and safety standards.

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Experience with presses, saws, CNC machines, or similar manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail when measuring, cutting, assembling, and inspecting materials.
• Ability to read work instructions, complete paperwork, and follow production specifications accurately.
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn material handling equipment operation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet production goals.
• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment and around production chemicals.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to support different departments as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Newport, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
