Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (3- or 4-day)

St. Mary Internal Medicine is an independent adult primary care practice in Plainfield, Illinois, looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and wants the flexibility and personal environment of an independent practice rather than a large health system.
