Circle of Wellness (COW) is a growing outpatient mental health practice serving individuals, couples, and families across the Richmond community. We are seeking two clinicians to join our team. This role is ideal for therapists who are ready to maintain a consistent caseload (25+ sessions/week) and want a practice that provides the referrals, structure, and support to make that sustainable. Compensation Licensed Clinicians: $60–$65 per session License-Eligible Clinicians: $35–$45 per session Paid for eligible late cancellations/no-shows Monthly pay (not dependent on insurance reimbursement timing) $60 per completed client letter $25/hour for approved meetings/trainings Clinicians who maintain 25+ sessions/week experience the strongest income consistency and overall success in this role. Most clinicians maintain 25+ sessions/week for consistency and income stability.
