Join our team and discover why we are atop veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology, LLC is seeking a Production Control Specialist to join our team for the Kirtland Engineering and Operations Support (KEOS) contract at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) in Albuquerque, New Mexico . KEOS is a base maintenance contract (BMC), also known as a base operations support (BOS) contract. Job Summary The Production Control Specialist is responsible for inputting and maintaining work task data in the government system of record regarding facility and infrastructure maintenance and repair . This position provides administrative support and facilitates the communication and sharing of data amongst internal management and government customers . The duties and r esponsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. Duties and Responsibilities Prepares, transfers, and records both written and computerized communications and records . Compiles and records work task data to compare records and reports on scheduled versus actual completion, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of the wo rk performed by KEOS facility maintenance technicians. Use applicable computer data system ( specifically USAF’s “NextGen IT”) to compile and record relevant data. Manage the workflow of work requests submitted through the customer service office and NexGen IT. Ensure work requests are accurate and assigned to the appropriate shop to facilitate inspection, test, and/or repair Compiles material inventory records and assist in prepar ation of requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies. Provides oversight and administration of formal government processes such as construction and repair initiation requests ; ensure s electronic folders contain required coordination documents. Monitors organizational electronic mailboxes. Manage s the Facility Managers Progra m: maintains Facility Manager assignment letters and Facility Manager d istribution listing , u pdate s the Facility Manager Guide , and prepares, schedules, performs or assists in the Facility Managers quarterly training . Assists in training of Dispatchers and other Production Control personnel. Updates Dispatch Guide and checklist. Manages the organization’s SharePoint site. Assists in the development and updating of numerous Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Maintains key control for KAFB’s vacant and miscellaneous facilities. Maintains gate control access for the Manzano complex. Respond s to requests for information from internal management and government customers ; e xtract and prepare data summary reports . Provides contract required deliverables to government oversight personnel. Identif ies and investigates internal areas of improvement , analyze s root causes, and develop s solutions . Participates in an after-hours on-demand service program. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Minimum education level of high school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in related work with similar level of duties and responsibilities. Be proficient in use of work management software and applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite . Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must pass a drug screen . Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance . Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license. Have ability to perform repetitive physical tasks involving lifting at least 30 lbs. Be committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Department of Defense or other government environment.
