$2087 - $2225/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.   • Mon Fri, 40 hours/week guaranteed two early, two late, one mid shift
  • 12 16 visits per day; up to 80 visits per week scheduled
  • Outpatient setting adults, geriatric, adolescent, and limited pediatric
  • Treats ages 5 99; must be open to full age range
  • Outpatient ortho experience required new grads with strong clinical exp considered
  • Caseload includes neuro, ortho, and geriatric patients
