Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Post Partum Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Mother/Baby Location Dallas, TX Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 7 PM - 7 AM, with Tuesday starts. Three to four weekend shifts required per schedule. No call required. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Mother/Baby care to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide care for both mothers and newborns, ensuring a positive and supportive environment. The RN will assist with assessments, education, and care procedures as needed. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to mothers and their newborns. Assist with lactation support and educational resources for new parents. Conduct necessary medical procedures such as phototherapy and blood sugar checks. Administer IV antibiotics as ordered and monitor patient status. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have prior Mother/Baby nursing experience. NRP and BLS certifications required. NICU or postpartum experience is preferred.
