What you’ll do: Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors. Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families. Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are. Deliver meaningful parent training and support. Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals. Final compensation is tailored to each candidate, with adjustments for high-demand regions such as Metro Los Angeles and other areas across California.
