Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct engaging and supportive counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Assess client situations and develop personalized treatment plans focused on specific goals and measurable outcomes to effectively address emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. \n
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, to provide comprehensive support. \n
- Foster a safe, empathetic environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and challenges. \n
- Collaborate with medical doctors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care that considers the client's total well-being. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring thorough and accurate records for each client. \n
- Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health treatment, incorporating new techniques and interventions into practice for continual improvement. \n
The successful candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Understanding cultural sensitivity and the unique backgrounds of our clients will enhance therapeutic rapport and treatment efficacy. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Active LPC licensure in the state of New Jersey is a must. \n
