As a Bakery Associate at Cookie Society, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest by baking and packaging our products with care, providing friendly customer service, and helping maintain a clean, inviting environment.

Job Description
Availability: Flexible, including weekends
Hourly Rate: $11-12/hour base pay + tips* (Approximately $2-3 per hour in tips)
Shifts: Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available
Responsibilities:
- Baking and packaging cookies with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Participating in tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager.
- No previous kitchen experience required; training will be provided.
- A current food handler's card is mandatory.
Requirements:
- Ability to accurately handle and package cookies, perform cashier duties, and contribute to kitchen operations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a safe and empowering work atmosphere.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs (flour, sugar, etc.).
- Standing, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and leaning throughout your shift.
- Repetitive motion of wrists/arms during baking tasks.
- Maneuvering quickly in a confined space around hot ovens.
- Taking visual and audible cues for efficient operations.
