Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in EHS program management or project management. Experience in AL/ML integration across data platforms. Preferred qualifications Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP). Experience with the development and deployment of EHS management software and tools. Track record of successfully leading complex cross functional projects and portfolio level programs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, paired with a strong demonstrated executive presence. Design robust data pipelines and a secure, centralized EHS data warehouse to transform compliance feeds into actionable safety insights. Lead the integration of predictive AI models and emerging safety technologies to transition EHS capabilities from reactive tracking to proactive hazard mitigation. Build interactive dashboards, automated compliance scorecards, and advanced analytical features to advance the impact and maturity of internal safety applications. Manage complex analytics projects, ensuring seamless integration between EHS data systems and core operations platforms to automate incident workflows and reporting. Prioritize critical data initiatives across safety, engineering, and partner operations teams to foster alignment and drive the execution of technical EHS visions.
