Qualifications: Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification (or the ability to obtain it) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques Apply pit and fissure sealants Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene Ensure efficient patient flow from reception to treatment area.
