Location: Osborne, Kansas Pay: from $64,218 per year (salaried) | Incentive Pay | $7,500-9,000 SIGN-ON BONUS | $200 optional Saturday clinic bonus Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (+ >3 hours outside normal business hours per week | 40 hours / week total) Why You Should Apply: As an Outpatient Therapist at High Plains Mental Health Center, you’ll provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients with a wide range of mental health needs. You’ll conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer evidence‑based support. What You’ll Do: Deliver high-quality, evidence‑based therapy for individuals, families, and groups, addressing diverse mental health needs with compassion and expertise. Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and establish a strong foundation for effective treatment. Design and implement personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that empower clients and promote measurable progress. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to ensure seamless, coordinated care and holistic support for clients. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that meets agency standards and supports continuity of care.
