Overview :
Located at the Cass Lake Service Unit in Minnesota, this role supports inpatient dietary services in a hospital setting. The Dietary Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the dietary services program. This role includes staff supervision, meal planning, compliance with food safety standards, and management of special dietary needs. Job Title : Dietary Manager

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and schedule dietary staff
Maintain dietary service policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols and FDA Food Code 2022
Coordinate with healthcare providers to implement physician-ordered diets
Maintain inventory, ordering, and food safety documentation
Conduct training, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations
Plan and post 3-week rotating menus in coordination with the Registered Dietitian
Qualifications :
ServSafe certification required
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary program
Valid Food Handler’s Permit
