If you loved your grandparents, you would love this job!ResponsibilitiesProviding companionship and conversationAssisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changingLaying out clothes and assisting with dressingPlanning and preparing mealsProviding medication reminders and verbal cuesProviding transportation to and from appointments as a personal escort for clientsHelping with pet care for some clientsQualificationsAbility to treat clients with dignity and respect.Ability to interpret the client's provided plan of care.Must have a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations.Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates.Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Prior experience is a plus, but not necessary.
