Assessment Nurse - Assisted Living/Memory Care (Travel)

StoryPoint Group in Romeoville, IL is seeking an Evaluation Nurse for our assisted living/memory care community. In this full-time role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of prospective and current residents' needs and coordinate care with a holistic approach. The ideal candidate should have a current RN or LPN license and a background in geriatrics or long-term care.
