Operations Technology Engineer Sr. Analyst - Republic Services

Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end fleet modernization projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications and robust solutions. Collaborate with IT architecture and development teams to ensure design alignment, quality, and timely deployment of new services. Develop and maintain SQL‑based data models and Power BI dashboards to track key performance metrics and support decision‑making. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones. Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology enhancements to increase operational efficiency. Requirements 5+ years of experience in business analysis within operations or fleet management environments. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and Power BI for reporting and analytics. Strong understanding of IT architecture principles and experience working with development teams. Experience managing Agile projects, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
