Description Oversee day‑to‑day field operations for large, complex construction projects. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Maintain project schedule, driving milestones and resolving delays proactively. Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance across all activities. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align execution. Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reporting to stakeholders. Manage quality control processes to ensure work meets project specifications. Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within scope. Profile 8+ years of experience in construction, including leadership on large‑scale projects. Proven track record as a Superintendent on complex builds. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
