Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients within obstetrics-gynecology services, following ANA Standards of Practice
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; document clinical findings and interventions
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary teammates to coordinate care plans and transitions
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical policies; contribute to quality improvement efforts
- Provide professional leadership by working cooperatively with colleagues and supporting shared governance within the care area

Requirements
- Current RN license (state of Colorado) or eligibility for licensure; ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand prior to start date
- Minimum 1 year RN work experience
- Education: graduate of an accredited nursing program (e.g., diploma, ADN, or BSN)
- Ability to work in a clinical environment supporting OB-GYN services
- OB-GYN experience strongly preferred but not required
- Travel assignment requires a permanent address at least 75 miles away from the assignment location
