About the role:

Team 360 Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support daily distribution center operations. Associates will be responsible for loading and unloading building materials, staging orders, assisting forklift operators, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

* Load and unload trucks containing building materials and lumber products

* Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment

* Assist with inventory control and material movement throughout the warehouse

* Stack, organize, and secure products for storage and transportation

* Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment as needed

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

* Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

* Assist forklift operators and warehouse supervisors with daily tasks

* Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

* Previous warehouse experience preferred

* Experience in building materials, lumber, construction, or distribution environments is a plus

* Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds consistently

* Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

* Strong attendance and reliability

* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

* Forklift experience is a plus but not required

 

Physical Requirements:

 

* Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling

* Standing and walking for extended periods

* Ability to safely handle heavy building materials

PPE Requirements:

 

* Steel-toe boots required

* Safety vest, gloves, and safety glasses as required by the facility

 

Schedule:

Full-time

1st shift: 7 AM to 3 PM

2nd shift: 12:00 PM to 8 PM

 

* Open availability to work both shifts is mandatory

* Overtime available based on business needs
