About the Role

As an OT/ICS Cybersecurity Architect, you will design, implement, and optimize cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments in energy, manufacturing, utilities, and critical infrastructure sectors. Leverage your expertise with leading OT/ICS security tools to deliver innovative solutions and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security architecture design including network segmentation, secure remote access, and IT security integration
• Develop security reference architectures, blueprints, and roadmaps per NIST 800-82, IEC 62443 standards
• Deploy and configure Claroty (asset discovery/vulnerability management), Palo Alto/Cradlepoint (firewalls/segmentation), CrowdStrike (monitoring/threat detection), BeyondTrust (privileged access)
• Conduct consequence-based risk assessments using Cyber PHA methodologies and vulnerability management with Claroty
• Design OT/ICS monitoring solutions with CrowdStrike, Splunk, and ServiceNow integration
• Develop cybersecurity policies, deliver training programs, and advise on governance frameworks
• Lead client engagements, project teams, and business development activities
