This position offers a comprehensive OB/GYN role for individuals eager to engage in obstetrics, gynecology, and surgical procedures while enjoying a work-life balance. Opportunity Highlights 4-day workweek: Enjoy a schedule consisting of 3 clinic days and 1 hospital/OR day, with a designated weekday off. Competitive compensation: Salary increases based on your experience level. Quality-based bonuses: Incentives are linked to quality rather than solely to patient volume. 1:7 call ratio: Benefit from dedicated laborist support. Comprehensive practice: Engage in a full-spectrum OB/GYN role, including clinic visits, deliveries, and surgeries. Patient load: Approximately 25 patients scheduled per clinic day, with robust support from a large clinical and administrative team.
