Senior Project Manager for Integrated DNA Technologies (Danaher) overseeing strategic operations projects across multiple sites. Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise standards, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing risks and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions and drive process improvements
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, risks, and resources
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and issue resolution
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating through governance channels as needed
Provide clear, timely status reporting on milestones, risks, and overall project delivery health

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in project management, operations, business, engineering, or related field
Project management and Danaher Business System (DBS) certification
Minimum five years of project management experience in professional role
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and operational change initiatives
Ability to influence, motivate, and drive collaboration across team members
Strong written, verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills

Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 base plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
