Assistant Store Manager directly oversees all aspects of operations and day-to-day routine work of rental and retail associates in store. Responsible for maintaining business standards and has increased decision-making authority. Assistant Store Manager acts as a knowledgeable representative of our brand and drives culture inside our rental and retail stores. Fulfills day-to-day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.Job SpecificationsStarting Wage: $25.00 - $32.14 /hrEmployment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027Shift Type: Full Time hours availableMinimum Age: At least 18 years of ageHousing Availability: NoJob ResponsibilitiesCo-leading with a leadership team of 3 – 4 fellow Assistant Store Managers.Managing a team of 10 - 40+ employees dailyProviding consistent and direct feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members.Designing, executing, and tracking training plansEnsuring department and staff have all necessary suppliesCreate a rewarding environment in which to work, generate a team atmosphereProtect company assets through loss prevention techniques.Managing inventory of rental and retail product.Communicate ideas or issues with Store and Regional ManagersManage operational schedules and assist with payrollRemain current on new industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of productsAssist with administrative dutiesOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communications skills both written and verbalMinimum 2 years leadership experience2 years in retail and/or rental experience - preferredKnowledge and passion for talent developmentSelf-motivated with the ability to multi-taskMust be a team player and be able to handle fast paced stressful environmentPossess the desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guestsFamiliarity with rental and retail POS system – preferredPhysically able to perform tasks that require moving up to 50lbs of weight, be able to stand at a work station for long periods of time while still being mobile at short notice.Have the ability to work weekends and holidays consistently throughout the season and an average of 9 – 10 hr shift a day.The expected pay range is $25.00 - $32.14 /hr.
