Utilizing your specialized welding skills, you will be responsible for precision welding of side frames, ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our products.Key Responsibilities:Perform skilled welding work on side frames using flux-core and MIG welding techniquesAdhere to strict quality control standards to maintain the high-quality standards of our productsCollaborate with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot and resolve any welding-related issuesMaintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and proceduresQualifications:Class B welding certificationProficient in flux-core and MIG welding techniquesMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar side frame welding roleAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWorking Conditions: This position requires working the night shift, typically from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The work environment is an active manufacturing facility, with exposure to noise, heat, and physical demands associated with welding activities.
