Function:
Outpatient Physical Therapist – Orthopedics
WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a well-established private orthopedic practice in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our client is offering a $10k sign on Bonus! This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about helping patients recover from injury or surgery and return to optimal function.

The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality orthopedic rehabilitation services, developing individualized treatment plans and delivering evidence-based care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
Collaborate with orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and healthcare team members to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Stay current with best practices, techniques, and advancements in orthopedic physical therapy

Qualifications
Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license
Completion of ongoing continuing education requirements to maintain licensure
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
New graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation
$50–$55 per hour
Maximum rate up to $58 per hour (with preference to close candidates toward the lower end of the range)
$10k Sign on Bonus
