Control Room Operator
Job Overview
Pay Rate: Starting at $18.25 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (typically 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Location: Reform
Responsibilities
- Operations & Monitoring: Use computerized systems to monitor plant conditions, equipment, and alarms, while managing equipment adjustments and shift logs.
- Safety & Compliance: Respond to emergencies, coordinate with teams, and strictly follow facility rules like the no-cell-phone policy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Computer literacy and adherence to safety procedures.
- Ability to stay focused during 12-hour rotating shifts with a safety-first industrial mindset
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.75 - $20.00
