Job Title: Driver & Facilities Technician

Overview

The Driver & Facilities Technician supports daily operations by handling local pickups and deliveries while maintaining facility equipment, vehicles, and general building conditions. This role ensures efficient logistics, safe vehicle operation, and a well-maintained work environment.

Shift and Pay

1st shift: Mon-Fri - 7am to 3:30pm

Pay: $18-$25/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily pickups and deliveries to local vendors using company vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate transport.
• Safely operate trucks and vans in compliance with traffic laws and company procedures.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Complete general facility maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep.
• Support production by maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment.
• Manage assigned maintenance priorities and complete tasks on schedule.
• Identify routine maintenance issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating company vehicles for local deliveries.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and safety regulations.
• Hands-on experience in facility maintenance and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dover, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Bell-Mark contributes half of the yearly deductible to the employee’s HSA account each year, in quarterly installments. For example, each quarter a single coverage employee would have $312.50 deposited into their HSA account by Bell-Mark.
