On-Site Field Service Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of Digital Service Specialists who support Canon hardware and software solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing the service and support of key business systems within a territory, recruiting and training team members, resolving customer issues, managing inventory and warehousing processes, and developing the team on new technologies. Responsibilities Service and support of hardware, document management solutions, and related software across assigned accounts. Recruit, hire, train, and develop current and new technical representatives. Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner to achieve total customer satisfaction. Manage warehousing process related to merchandise and inventory. Develop and educate the team on new technology in an evolving industry. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. At least 7 years of related experience, including management of two or more full‑time employees. Service management experience in the technology industry. Hands‑on field technical experience with digital and electromechanical technology. Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred. Strong communication and team leadership skills. Excellent time management skills. Salary & Benefits Base salary range: $61,800 – $92,520 annually. Eligible for transportation allowance. Workstyle Description Full‑time onsite position requiring presence at the assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory on scheduled workdays.
