If you're looking to make a difference with your technical knowledge and excellent customer service, then we want to hear from you!WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Springfield Gardens, a 310-unit affordable housing community located in DeWitt, NY.In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots. You will also lead and train other maintenance technicians on the team.The pay range for this role is $22.00-$24.00 per hour.
