As a Property Management Associate, you are the eyes, ears, and nose of our property management team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring homes are safe, functional, and ready for residents to move in.

Responsibilities: 

• Investigate & Evaluate: Conduct thorough walk-throughs of Occupied and unoccupied rental properties, assessing everything from the roof to the foundation.

• System Analysis: Test the "heart" of the home, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Problem Solve: Identify potential hazards or code violations before they become major issues.

• Light Hands-On Work: Perform minor maintenance tasks to keep properties in peak condition.

• Report Your Findings: Use your observations to create comprehensive digital reports that guide owners on essential renovations and safety upgrades.

Requirements:

• Reliability: You’re someone we can count on to manage your schedule and show up on time.

• A Keen Eye: You notice the small things that others might miss.

• A Valid Driver’s License: You’re comfortable with travel and enjoy spending time behind the wheel.

• Great Communication: You can translate what you see on-site into clear, professional notes for our property managers.
