Job Description The Senior Supervisor Quality Assurance coordinates the activities of quality employees. This includes training employees, setting objectives for the team, and leading improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the daily activities of quality inspection team Effectively communicate quality concerns to quality team members and operations for improvement activities Coordinate training quality employees on standards and internal procedures Prepare and participate in quality audits Identify Customer Source Inspection and Government Source Inspection and schedule off site inspector Set daily quality objectives for the quality inspector team member(s) Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum two (2) years of experience in people management Minimum four (4) years of experience in field Compensation Salary range: Minimum Salary $91,092.74 - Maximum Salary $113,865.93 #J-18808-Ljbffr Frontgrade Technologies
