Job Title: Military Logistics Analyst Job Code: 23677 Job Location: Londonderry, NH Job Schedule: 9/80; Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off Job Description: L3Harris is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support contractual obligations and future capture opportunities. The role involves analytical support for military logistics and acquisitions, operator/maintenance training, lifecycle sustainment strategies, provisioning, and support for sustainment events within the Integrated Vision Solutions portfolio. Essential Functions: Travel CONUS and OCONUS, approximately 30%. Obtain a Passport, required visas, and security clearance. Apply experience with electro-optical or electronics equipment. Provide maintenance and support recommendations to customers. Develop, implement, and deliver training curricula per Government directives. Use written, verbal, and presentation communication skills effectively. Instruct and deliver training packages. Communicate clearly in documents and presentations. Apply computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree + 6 years relevant experience, or Graduate Degree + 4 years, or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience with electro-optical/electronics equipment operation. Experience managing maintenance organizations. Experience developing and delivering training per US Government’s SAT manual. Experience as a trainer and in combat using night vision devices. Knowledge of military logistics support concepts.
