Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)

EquipmentShare is Hiring a Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at the Advanced Solutions rental facility in Hartford, CT. The role involves expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Pay: $150,000 - $600,000 Total Compensation ($40,000 base salary + Uncapped commission with no market restrictions) Primary Responsibilities Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. New business development and client acquisition/account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience. Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement. Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
