Starting at $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Location: Sud City Laundry, 6538 Boca Raton Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76112

Evening Shifts: We are primarily hiring for shifts from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with weekend availability required.
Customer Service: This is a VERY customer service focused position with lots of guest interaction.
Cleaning: There is a lot of cleaning throughout every shift.
Laundry: You'll be folding a lot of laundry, including large Wash & Fold orders.
Physical Activity: You'll be standing and moving for most of your shift.
Independent Work: Most shifts are worked independently, so you must be comfortable working without another employee alongside you.
Phone Requirement: You must have a cell phone with Tap to Pay/NFC capability. Our employee apps require it to start washers and dryers for customer laundry orders.

What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude and provide outstanding customer service.
- Wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry with exceptional care and attention to detail.
- Help guests choose the right machines and answer questions about our self service, Wash, Dry & Fold, and Pickup & Delivery services.
- Keep the laundromat spotless by cleaning machines, folding stations, restrooms, and common areas throughout your shift.
- Process customer transactions using our point of sale system.
- Restock supplies and help keep the store organized, efficient, and inviting.
- Work as a team to ensure every guest leaves with a five star experience.

- Weekend availability is required.
