Travel Physical Therapist – Lake City, FL AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Lake City, FL. The position involves evaluating patients, creating and implementing therapy plans, collaborating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on rehabilitation strategies. Responsibilities Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans. Administer therapy sessions on 8‑hour day shifts to skilled nursing residents. Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members. Document patient progress and update care plans. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. Active Florida PT license. Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
