Strategic Employee Benefits Consultant
BBSI
BBSI is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant in Los Angeles to guide and support business-owner clients and internal teams with the master benefits program. You will tailor benefit packages, provide strategic guidance, and help drive adoption and engagement across worksite employees. The role requires strong benefits knowledge, relationship management, and presenters’ skills, with travel up to 25% when needed.
