You'll flourish in a lively workplace where each day introduces different challenges and possibilities for learning and advancement. Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri: 4 10-hour shifts. Sat, Sun, Tues: Off. What You'll Accomplish: Inspect, record, and stock all incoming freight with outstanding accuracy Pick, pack, label, and dispatch outgoing orders flawlessly Maintain a clean and organized workspace Collaborate with team members to successfully implement warehouse strategies Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards strictly What You'll Bring: Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment Ability to lift and move heavy items competently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ambitious and determined to meet daily goals Salary/Pay : $17.50/hour At eBay, we value collaboration, inclusion, and outstanding performance. Additional Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $29,600 - $46,500 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
