Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA. Active Arizona physical therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with restorative programs, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and modalities preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with documentation systems used in post-acute care preferred.

Assignment Details Location: Prescott, AZ (skilled nursing facility). Shift Name: Days. Candidate may be expected to float between facility locations as needed.

Impacting Patient Care Provide skilled physical therapy services that support patient recovery, functional improvement, and safe transitions to the next level of care.
