Onsite Health Plan Navigator & Community Care Advocate

EmblemHealth is seeking a Customer Service Associate to work onsite and help identify customers needing enrollment services, provide post-sales follow-up, and resolve claims, benefits, and enrollment inquiries through health plan navigation and wellness coaching. You will research member issues, assist in closing care gaps, support HRAs, and participate in seminars and community outreach across Neighborhood Care sites.
