Join our dynamic team as a Travel BCBA (Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or QABA (Qualified Autism Behavior Analyst) in a 50 % hybrid role that combines in-home, school-based, and community settings. Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform intervention strategies
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and client needs
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate intake processes for new clients to ensure smooth onboarding
• Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment efficacy
• Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to ABA principles and ethical standards
• Collaborate closely with families, school personnel, and other healthcare providers to support client goals across multiple environments
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality

Qualifications

• Current certification as a BCBA or eligibility for QABA certification with relevant experience working with children with disabilities
• Demonstrated experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and neurodevelopmental disorders in home-based or school settings
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment, behavior intervention strategies, and diagnostic evaluation processes
• Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and medical documentation standards
• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and supporting clients through behavioral psychological evaluations
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family education
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while managing multiple cases effectively
