Head Teller

Position Summary Head Teller Position in our Farmington Branch. LNB is a growth-oriented community bank committed to building strong customer relationships by providing quality products and exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform a variety of duties to support the paying and receiving function of the branch, including accepting deposits for several account types, cashing checks within approved authority and operating policy, and selling various cashier checks, money orders, and certified checks. Coordinate work within the department, provide guidance and on‑the‑job training to Senior Tellers and Tellers, and assist the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support department operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three years related experience in a teller or similar role. Pay range of $19.00 to $26.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications (range adjustable for applicants with significant experience).
