• Base Pay: $15.00/hour

What You'll Do

As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the right AT&T products and services while delivering a great in-store experience.

• Talk with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions
• Sell AT&T wireless products, services, and technology
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
• Work with your team to achieve individual and store sales goals
• Learn about new products, promotions, and technology
• Take advantage of ongoing training and opportunities for career growth

What We're Looking For

• 13 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable learning and talking about technology
• Motivated by goals and performance-based earnings
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
