Great communication skills and be able to maintain and supervise a fast paced parts inventory environment. Responsibilities will include inventory, data entry into SAP, and maintaining a database including serial numbers, model numbers, etc.

Our Parts Inventory Clerk will:

• Research and source replacement parts, components, and pricing using online vendors and manufacturer websites.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including part numbers, quantities, costs, and vendor information.
• Obtain price quotes, compare suppliers, and identify cost-effective purchasing options.
• Receive, inspect, label, stock, and organize incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Process purchase requests, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate reorders to prevent stock shortages.
• Collaborate with technicians, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and customer orders.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or parts management experience preferred.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/inventory management system to track inventory, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Strong computer skills , including Microsoft Excel and the ability to research parts, pricing, and suppliers online.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
