Responsibilities Oversee compliance processes securing adherence to regulations Engage with diverse stakeholders to enhance collaboration Develop and implement training programs for team members Contribute to the establishment of industry-leading independence standards Analyze compliance data to identify areas for enhancement Essential Qualifications High School Diploma At least 4 years of experience in personal independence, risk & independence, asset and wealth management client service or investment banking Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred Demonstrating broad knowledge of auditor independence concepts Understanding compliance and data processes in professional services Managing coaching and development efforts of the team Leading and directing multiple projects to completion Excelling in interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills Developing and presenting subject matter training Engaging and leveraging AI tools (e.g. CoPilot, ChatGPT) Promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Benefits and Salary The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
