Account Executive

Careers at Vida Own the full cycle, from first conversation to signed contract, selling AI leasing to multifamily owners and operators. We're hiring an Account Executive to sell Vida to multifamily owners and operators across [the US / North America]. You'll own your pipeline end to end: prospecting, discovery, demos, and close. This is a real seat at a company that's growing fast. Our AI leasing agent, Vivian, handles 84.5% of renter conversations without a human touching them, and the operators who use her tend to become our loudest advocates. You'll be selling something that works, to buyers who are actively looking for it. What you'll do Build and own pipeline in your territory, with support from marketing and SDR outbound Run discovery calls with VP and Director level leaders in Operations, Marketing, and Leasing Demo the Vida platform, including live Vivian conversations, and tailor the story to what each operator actually cares about Navigate multi-stakeholder deals where Operations holds budget and Leasing holds veto powerWork closely with Customer Experience to make sure what you sell is what gets delivered Represent Vida at industry conferences and events What we're looking for [3 to 5] years selling B2B SaaS, ideally to mid-market or enterprise buyers Multifamily, PropTech, or real estate experience is a big plus. If you've sold into property management before, we want to talk to you Comfortable running your own pipeline without someone handing you leads You can hold a conversation about operations, not just read from a deck Curious about AI and able to explain it to people who are skeptical of it Why Vida We're a small team with real customers and real momentum.
