Senior Offensive Security Engineer

To validate the security of products through real-world exploitation, the full-time remote Senior Offensive Security Engineer will identify and demonstrate attack paths against applications and infrastructure, utilizing AI to enhance vulnerability discovery and analysis. Key responsibilities Identify, validate, and demonstrate realistic attack paths against products and internal systems with a focus on business impact Analyze large, multi-language codebases using AI and manual techniques to uncover vulnerabilities and generate exploit hypotheses Document findings with clear evidence, technical root causes, business impacts, and practical remediation guidance Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in offensive security, application security, penetration testing, or red team roles Deep expertise in modern web applications, APIs, and the OWASP Top 10 Experience developing proof-of-concept exploits that demonstrate real business impact Proficiency in using AI for vulnerability discovery, exploit development, and security research Strong communication skills to explain complex vulnerabilities and remediation guidance to engineering teams
