Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Detail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for automobiles and takes pride in transforming vehicles to their best possible condition through meticulous cleaning and detailing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing services.
• Perform high-quality mobile and/or in-shop detailing jobs with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Apply paint correction techniques including polishing and buffing.
• Apply ceramic coatings and paint protection films.
• Conduct thorough engine bay cleaning.
• Utilize steam cleaning for interiors and upholstery.
• Maintain detailing equipment and supplies inventory.
• Follow company protocols for customer vehicle handling.
• Document before/after results for quality control.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional auto detailing experience.
• Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IDA (International Detailing Association) Certification.
• Experience with high-end or exotic vehicles.
• Knowledge of ceramic coating application.
• Experience with paint correction techniques.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Compensation: $4,000-$10,000 based on experience.
